This is where we get understand your brief, your needs for the space, we get to understand your lifestyle, how you live within the space, your personal taste and desires for the space. We then interpret this into your design. Our team provides a highly personalised and curated solutions specific for your home.

At this stage, the budget, timelines and requirements are considered and agreed upon. Once this is agreed, the engagement shall commence with site measurements and the design process
shall then begin.

THE DESIGN CONCEPT

At this stage we take deeply into account the client’s brief as we develop the design proposal. We develop a space plan for the space to ensure optimum utilisation of the space.

We shall then develop and put together the moodboard which shall contain the proposed finishes, fixtures, furnishings for the space.

This is a collaborative process where you are able to provide input on the design concept. Upon approval, the breakdown of itemised costs is then presented to you in line with the agreed budget.

We shall then kickstart the procurement and implementation phase. We have developed strong relationships with our suppliers and contractors ensuring high quality control standards.

Site meetings are conducted regularly to ensure designs are carried out to their exact specifications and requirements.
